I went to tyis law firm in 2013. Mr. Melehy told me my company shows a pattern of bad managment but couldn’t couldnt do anything about that. He did day, if i was fired to come back. Well, I got fired in 2017 after working dor the company 20yrs. After 90 days i was brought back but had to return to my last job. I am not a lawyer, but! If I would probono that case a go back and reveal all the patterns of bullying and intentional harrasment to the employee (me!) Prove the favoritism and nepotism and the unfariness that took place! I could go on but I’m still here because of grace! In Feb. 2027 will be 30 yrs! The sad part, I’ve worked in a toxic environment most of my career. I thank God, that I had great working experience with NIH, Walter Reed Medical Center and a few law, Small Business Administration.

From the beginning to the end Melehy and Associates were kind, knowledgeable, and executed with urgency. This is honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with an attorney. My case was a wages case against a Fortune 500 company that denied paying what I rightfully earned. Just a note: when you call to make payments, they time/charge by the minute, even if calling in to make payment. So, you'll have to know to check your statements and have it adjusted.
