Melehy & Associates’ two primary employment attorneys and litigators, Vincent Melehy and Regan Rush, are active members in the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA). MWELA is a professional association of approximately 300 employment attorneys who are dedicated to protecting the rights and privileges of employees in both the private and public sectors of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. MWELA is the local affiliate for the National Employment Lawyers’ Association (NELA); of which, both Vincent Melehy and Regan Rush are also members.
In addition to being active MWELA members, both Vincent Melehy and Regan Rush are members of the Newsletter Committee and are responsible for tracking noteworthy decisions by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and drafting case summaries for inclusion in the MWELA newsletter.
