Melehy & Associates was successful in representing a District of Columbia government employee on appeal to the District of Columbia Superior Court who was wrongfully terminated 15 years ago. As a result of the law firm’s representation, the employee was reinstated as a Washington, D.C. employee in December 2009. The case is continuing for further proceedings in the District of Columbia Office of Employee Appeals regarding the employee's damages, including a determination regarding the proper amount of the employee’s back pay.
